What we collect
When you book or send a request we collect your name, email, phone number, the booking details you choose and any notes you add. If you tick the marketing box we also record that consent. We do not ask for payment details on this website; you pay at the range.
How we use it
To confirm and manage your booking, reply to your message, and run the golf center. We only send marketing email or text if you opted in, and every message includes a way to stop.
Where it is stored
Booking and customer records are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare in the United States. Access is limited to Highway 41 Golf Center staff with a login.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the booking system and email, and where the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing info@playhighway41.com or calling 559-345-0200. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
Text messages
If you choose text updates we store your mobile number and your choice, with the time and wording you agreed to. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. Reply STOP any time. Details are on the text message terms page.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies. The staff area uses one essential session cookie.
